To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your Fieldbook account to Integromat. If you do not have a Fieldbook account yet, you can create one at fieldbook.com.
To connect your Fieldbook account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. Each book in Fieldbook provides its own set of API keys. Therefore, a separate Integromat connection needs to be created for every book you'd like to access via the API. When creating a scenario, you will be asked to provide the Book ID, followed by the username and password that were generated for that book. To retrieve this information, log in to your Fieldbook account and follow the set of instructions below.
In our example, the Fieldbook account contains two different books: Contractor project tracker and Team task list.
After clicking on Contractor project tracker, the screen will display the book's sheets and records. The book's settings are hidden, and can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top left corner.
From the Settings side bar that appears, choose View API Details.
In the pop-up window, click on Manage API Access.
In the new pop-up window, click on Generate a new API key.
Finally, copy the Book ID (1), username (2) and password (3), and paste them into the corresponding fields in the newly created Integromat connection. Now you can continue and finish your scenario.
