To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your Freshdesk account to Integromat. If you do not have a Freshdesk account yet, you can create one at Freshdesk.
To connect your Freshdesk account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. You will be prompted to enter your Freshdesk API key and your company name. To find the API key, log in to your helpdesk and click on your Profile Picture on the top right and choose Profile Settings. Your API key is displayed in the sidebar on the right. In the Company name field, enter your registered domain name at freshdesk. For example, if your Freshdesk login URL is
https://<integromat>.freshdesk.com, then enter integromat.
After you have filled the required fields you can press the Continue button and finish your scenario.
