To use the Skype app, you first need to configure a bot. To do it, follow the steps below.
Start your scenario by selecting the Watch events module from the Skype app. To create a webhook, click the Add button and in the Webhook name field, enter any name of your choice for the webhook, then select what events the webhook should listen to. If you would like to be notified, for example, of messages, select Messages. Clicking the Save button will generate a hook URL. Copy this URL into your clipboard. You will need it in the next step.
Login to the Azure Portal. From the left menu select Create a resource and search for Bot Channels Registration.
Click the Create button and provide the requested information about your bot. In the Messaging endpoint field paste the Hook URL that you copied from Integromat upon creation of your webhook.
Once you fill out the form, click the Create button. The webhook settings can be viewed in the All resources tab.
In the bot setting in the Azure portal, click on Channels and select Skype. Optionally, you can also set other setting in the dialog box, e.g. Disable adding of bot to group conversations.
In the Publish tab fill in the Description field and click Save. If you now go back to the Channels tab, you can see that Skype is running.
The bot is now registered and connected to your webhook. If you only want to receive messages, no more setting is needed and you can continue to finish your scenario.
If you, however, want to send messages, download attachments or perform other actions, you need to create a connection between the bot and Integromat. To do this, go to Microsoft App ID and generate a password for your bot. You will be requested to enter this password together with the application ID into the Create a connection dialog box that appears when creating a connection in Integromat.
Once you have filled in this information, click the Continue button. The connection will be subsequently established and you can finish your scenario with the new bot.
