The above modules will notify you whenever someone fills out a form being watched.
To use any of the modules, you need to have a Facebook account. If you do not have one yet, you can create one at Facebook.com.
To connect your Facebook account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. After you click the Continue button, Integromat will redirect you to the Facebook website where you will be prompted to grant Integromat access to your account:
Here, allow access by clicking the OK button. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to the Integromat administration page. Now, you can continue creating your scenario.
In order to get the filled in data from a submitted form, start creating your scenario by inserting the Watch form filling trigger at the first position and then add the Get a leadgen form action. To link these two modules, map the Leadgen ID from the first module to the corresponding field in the settings of the second module. Before creating your scenario, make sure that the leadgen form you want to watch has already been submitted at least once so that Integromat can retrieve the module interface correctly.
Deleting a scenario will not automatically unsubscribe your Facebook page from receiving event notifications from Facebook.
To stop subscribing to event notifications, use the Unsubscribe a webhook action. Running it once will unsubscribe all your scenarios that contain the Watch form filling trigger from receiving webhook events.
If your scenario is set up correctly, but it does not start after submitting a form, please check in Facebook Business Manager that Integromat has access to your site. To do so, click on the Leads Access tab, select a page and click on CRM and allow access for Integromat (if it is not already allowed).
