To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your Quickbooks account to Integromat. If you do not have a Quickbooks account yet, you can create one at quickbooks.intuit.com.
To connect your Quickbooks account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. After clicking on the Continue button, Integromat will redirect you to the Quickbooks website where you will be prompted to grant Integromat access to your account:
Here, allow access by clicking on the company you would like to connect to. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to Integromat. Now, you can continue and finish your scenario.
All search actions (e.g. Search for receipts) let you enter your own custom query. See the respective Quickbooks object documentation for examples on how to build a custom query. For example, to query a customer, you can enter
select * from Customer Where Metadata.LastUpdatedTime > '2015-03-01'. Also to note, when creating a search custom query, do not enter the
maxresults directive. Integromat will add it automatically for you.
The webhooks are usually a bit delayed and always contain object type, operation kind, object ID and event date. For example, when a new invoice is created, you will receive a webhook notification showing
Invoice as the object type and
Create as operation kind. If you wish to receive more information about a newly created invoice, you can use the Search for invoices action and get information about the invoice by its ID.
