To use any of the above modules, you need to have a Wordpress account or have WordPress installed on your server.
Once you have your Wordpress login credentials (username and password), you need to create a connection to Integromat. Follow the general instructions Connecting to services. We recommend that you create a brand new user in WordPress whose credentials will be used just for Integromat.
Once the connection is established, you can continue creating your scenario.
This can happen if the API endpoint
/ xmlrpc.php is not available on your site. To find out if this is the case, enter
<site address> / xmlrpc.php into your web browser. You should be shown a page displaying the text
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only. If this page does not appear, it is not possible to connect to your site and you must first make the API address publicly accessible. The address is most likely being blocked by security modules installed in Wordpress or it is not accessible due to the
WordPress-based websites do not allow for the posting of the same comment twice. A duplicate comment will not be published and the run of your scenario will terminate with an error.
The actions Create a post and Edit a post allow for creating and editing different types of posts such as,
post. The parameters for creating or updating individual types are always the same. Please note, that not all parameters can be set for every post type. For example, it is not possible to set a label or section for the 'page' post type.
The basic WordPress version does not allow for displaying a post or comment ID. To reveal the IDs, you need to download a plugin such as e.g.Catch IDs that enables to show IDs in your Wordpress admin.
