This is the documentation for the legacy Asana (legacy) app.
Here is the documentation for the new Asana app.

Getting started with Asana

To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your Asana account to Integromat. If you do not have one yet, you can create an account at Asana.com.

Connecting the Asana service to Integromat

To connect your Asana account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. When creating a connection, you will be redirected to the Asana.com website:

If you are already logged into Asana, the connection will be automatically established. If not, you will need to log into your Asana account. If everything went right, you can now continue creating your scenario.

How to find a project ID

To get a project ID, click on the project and look at the URL in your browser´s address bar. The ID is the string of numbers after app.asana.com/0/

Example: https://app.asana.com/0/<project ID>/17120626771861

How to find a task ID

To get a task ID, click on the task and look at the URL in your browser´s address bar. The last string of numbers in the URL is the Task ID.

Example: https://app.asana.com/0/17120626771855/<task ID>
